Please review our professional photo printing advice below and check the photo print preview carefully before approving your photos for printing. We can't turn a bad photo into a great print.

Material: High-quality, professional Fuji Crystal Archive photo paper for bright, vibrant true to life colours. Quantity: No minimum order quantity and no packs of prints to buy. Please be aware, deliveries are taking a little longer than usual due to the current lockdown as extra measures have been put in place by ourselves and our partners to help keep colleagues safe and well. PostSnap photo prints are shipped in protective, sustainable packaging from our USA based photo printing lab. Our standard shipping charge Includes: Tracked mail, handling fees and packaging costs. Please note that we cannot refund you for customer errors such as badly cropped, dark or pixelated photos. Faulty photo prints may be returned to us for a refund. If you have a problem with your prints, we must be notified within 14 days of the shipping date. Please consider adding your mobile phone number to your account to help us contact you in the event of an issue with your order. Please check your prints carefully before placing your order as photo prints can only be returned if they are faulty. We will send you order confirmation and shipping emails – please check your junk folder if you do not receive our emails. PostSnap photo prints are shipped in protective, sustainable packaging from our UK based photo printing lab. Please note that Express delivery is not available for delivery on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday. This is not a tracked service.Įxpress shipping is a tracked, courier service using DPD. Standard shipping charge includes: Royal Mail postage, handling fees and packaging costs. Standard (not tracked) – 1 to 4 working days after production.Įxpress (tracked) – 1 to 2 working days after production. PostSnap offers fast delivery and we ship our A4 prints in protective packaging. Our quality control team will look into this for you and if the product is deemed to be faulty we will issue a refund in the form of a credit to your account which you can use for a future purchase - we do not support cash, card or PayPal refunds. If you feel there is a fault with your order please get in touch with us within 1 day of receiving your order by emailing us photos of the products identifying the fault. If you do not receive your order confirmation email please check your junk folder and that there are no typos in your registered email address and let us know if we need to resend the email. Please check your order confirmation carefully and let us know if there is an issue within 30 minutes of placing your order. After you have placed your order we will email you your order confirmation which contains images of your prints. We strongly advise double-checking your prints one by one online or in app before approving them for print. Your printed photos are a personalised product and therefore we are unable to accept returns and cannot refund you unless the product is faulty. Unfortunately, it is not possible to amend or cancel an order after 30 minutes.‍ This means that you may amend or cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing your order. Once you place an order we go to work checking and processing your order within 30 minutes.
